MULTIGRAIN SOURDOUGH

Multigrain Sourdough is a hearty, whole-grain loaf packed with texture, flavor, and nourishment. Crafted with a vibrant blend of cracked rye, cracked bulgur, cracked spelt, cracked red wheat, millet, rolled oats, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, and ground flax seeds, it offers a perfect balance of nutty richness and natural sweetness. Slow fermentation brings out the grains’ depth while creating a tender, moist crumb and a beautifully caramelized crust. A delicious way to incorporate more whole grains bringing unique flavors and textures all while increasing the nutrient density of the bread.
