Happy to announce that the bread baking will resume next weekend (June 13)! Sarasota Sourdough is a true reflection of artisan craftsmanship—simple, honest, and full of character. Naturally leavened and slowly fermented for depth of flavor, it features a crisp, caramelized crust and a soft, mildly tangy crumb that’s perfect for everyday eating. This loaf captures the warmth and soul of Sarasota itself—ideal for morning toast, sandwiches, or simply enjoyed with a smear of good butter.
