Potato-Leek Sourdough is crafted with organically grown ingredients and naturally leavened with our slow-fermented sourdough starter. Organic yellow potatoes and gently sautéed organic leeks are folded into a dough made from organic flours, creating a loaf with a soft, tender crumb and a beautifully crisp crust. The potatoes add subtle sweetness and moisture, while the leeks bring a delicate savory note that makes this bread especially delicious toasted, paired with soups, or simply enjoyed with butter. Each loaf is naturally fermented for exceptional flavor and digestibility.
